- Instrumentation engineering department was started in 1984 with an initial intake of 15 students. The strength has now been enhanced with an yearly intake of 60 students.
- The objective of instrumentation department is to provide guidance in improving employability skills, entrepreneurship and also to aim for higher studies. The department helps in updating the skill and knowledge of students and faculty members in the field of instrumentation engineering through various programs such as visiting faculty scheme, conducting seminars and workshops.
- The department has well equipped laboratories in Industrial Instruments, Measurement System and Process Control.
We have an active instrumentation association. The association takes initiatives in various academic activities as well as in extracurricular activities.
- The department is proud that most of the passed out students of Instrumentation Engineering are well placed at reputed companies/organizations inside the country and abroad.
